It's been a busy week but slight progress was made: a pseudo walking surface! All of the rusted carriage bolts are removed from the frame and the last bits of old rotted floor framing pulled out. I drew up a plan for the new framing layout as guide and for future reference. I'm beginning to lay out the 2x3 floor joists and most are cut to fit/drilled according to the existing bolt locations. There is some final welding to be done before fastening but the pieces are prepared. Even without sheathing this is already the most solid the floor has felt thus far.
