When I bought this camper I knew it needed extensive work. I wanted the project. What I didn't know is that the entire floor frame was not only rotted but no longer (or by the looks of it maybe never had been) appropriately fastened, the wall framing was falling apart at all edges, the insulation was deteriorated and all interior electrical wiring completely useless. The interior has been completely removed in preparation for leak repair, new framing, new subfloor and more substantial insulation among much more.
